Tuesday Trigger: HOPE

This Tuesday Trigger made me think nautical all the way.  I love the navy and the white.  My friends and I all seem to be going through seasons where we could use a boost of HOPE, so I decided that  it should be the inspiration for my sentiment.  I used white ink, embossing powder and an anchor stamp to create the background.  I layered the sentiment/scripture using a Spellbinders Nestabilities set.

This is my summer in a nutshell.  We worked on the basement, put down some new flooring, made some cool artwork with my 4 year old niece, and still managed to get to the beach. Lovely :)

I made this baby book for one of our cousins.  I love the paper on the front and back covers.  I used the cinch chipboard and the machine to bind everything together. The paper I used came from the Baby Boy, Me and My Big Ideas mambi sheets pad.

Note Cards and Holder

Tuesday Trigger

When I saw the lace overlay of the blouse I immediately thought of something dainty.  The blue underlay reminded me of something comforting.  Even though the Trigger title speaks of romance, I felt the blue embossed paper and the ribbon would give it the romantic/comforting vibe I was striving to achieve.

Mother's Day 2012

The MOTHERS in my life received personalized BINGO cards for Mother?s Day.  Each card highlighted attributes of each person.  They really got a kick out of that.   I also made Thankful Thoughts Journals for my mom, sister, mother in law, and aunt.  They were asked to record only positive thoughts in their journal for a span of one year.  I hope they enjoyed them.
